Founded in 1979, Bonaprene Products is at the forefront in manufacturing polyurethane components, boastings in-house design and tooling facilities and a team of engineering plastics experts. We are proud to be able to solve engineering and production problems for many of our customers.

Our products are diverse and versatile and so are we. We supply polyurethane products to the steel, automotive, aerospace, paper, oil and gas, earth moving and concrete manufacturing industries to name just a few.
If it’s a bespoke design solution you need then we can find that too. We have a design, development and production consultancy service enabling us to tailor-make products.
Our Expertise
Supported by a full range of in-house engineering capabilities, Bonaprene offers both large and short production runs along with consultancy in all aspects of design, development and production. Our experience enables us to provide leading advice on design, development and production and we work alongside engineers to develop new products.
We also run a dedicated Polyurethane Product Manufacturing Technology training programme, enabling us to pass on our manufacturing know-how.Our investment in polyurethane technology and manufacturing equipment means we have built a nationwide customer base from our purpose-built Wrexham factory.
Delivering to you
Delivering your product to you, on time, is an important part of the process and Bonaprene Products delivers world-wide.
For UK deliveries and collections, we use our own trucks and vans together with trackable parcel and pallet services.
In Europe and the rest of the world Bonaprene uses international trackable parcel and pallet services along with established and reliable packers and shippers for the international delivery of major project goods transported by air or sea.
We are members of the British Rubber and Polyurethane Products Association, BRPPA.
