New Dispenser 2023

As part of the company’s continuous improvement and investment Bonaprene have purchased and received a brand new Covestro Baulé Alpha 3M Dispenser to ensure the latest cast polyurethane technology is being used to Bonaprene’s cast polyurethane products. The new dispenser will be commissioned and running in January 2023.

The new Baulé Alpha dispenser will replace Bonaprene’s Baulé C2 dispenser after many years of hard service

The Alpha 3M is the next generation model in the Baulé line of high technology cast polyurethane processing equipment for elastomers. It incorporates many innovative features to enhance scalability, convenience, up-time, and safety, while maintaining Baulé machines’ class-leading ability in ratio and flexibility in polyurethane casting methods. Due to excellent temperature control, pump motor speed, and backpressure, the machine accurately delivers cast polyurethane on ratio. Baulé® Cast Polyurethane Machine technology allows for a consistent ratio throughout the workday regardless of the casting method.
