Bonaprene Products manufacture Cast Polyurethane Mouldings in-house at their factory in Wrexham North wales. Bonaprene use state of the art polyurethane casting machines to deliver the material into the moulds. These bespoke moulds have been made in- house by Bonaprene using the latest CAD design and CAM manufacturing on new Mazak Turning Centres and Milling Machines. Bonaprene offer both TDI Ether and MDI Ester cast polyurethane systems in hardnesses from 35 Shore A to 60 Shore D in a wide variety of colours. Bonaprene’s mouldings are used as vehicle suspension bushes, vehicle bumpers, tee beam stops ends, impact bars, seals, cab mounts, isostatic bags, curved scrapers, concrete moulds, crane grabs, pump spheres, spindle liners, can making parts, robot grabs, the list is endless. What makes Bonaprene’s cast polyurethane so good are its physical properties. Cast Polyurethane is the most hard-wearing, resilient and load bearing elastomer while combining with relatively low tooling costs to make short runs economical to Bonaprene’s customers.
