If it’s tight tolerances on polyurethane sheet thickness you’re looking for then Bonaprene’s 3 metre by 0.5 metre centrifuge makes tight tolerance polyurethane sheet from 1.5mm thick up to 20mm thick. Get in contact to get a quote against your requirements.
General Polyurethane Sheet
For more general polyurethane sheet Bonaprene use a large number of hot plates to make polyurethane sheets from the smallest lengths & widths up to 4.9 metres long by 1.6 metres wide. On the hotplates thickness starts at 3mm going up to whatever you need. Just give us your polyurethane sheet sizes and quantities and we’ll get back to you with a quote straight away.

Standard polyurethane sheet colours are blue, black, red, orange, yellow, white and green, but if you’ve got a special colour in mind Bonaprene hold a wide range of other pigments and subject to MOQ we can source any polyurethane colour if you can give us the RAL or pantone number.
